From a young age I was always drawn to movement, sport, and understanding how the body works. Injuries of my own taught me early on how strong and resilient our bodies can be. Since then, I have developed a respect for the body’s ability to heal but also a deep desire to help others find that same strength and trust in themselves.
When I first started my career in athletic therapy, my focus was simple: to help people move better and recover from injuries. I love guiding clients through the process of regaining mobility and strength, watching their confidence return along with their physical health. But as I gained experience, I began crossing paths with women going through different stages of motherhood.
