Helping people move better and feel stronger is what I do best. I use hands-on techniques such as Fascial Stretch Therapy — a gentle, assisted stretch that releases tension, improves mobility, and reduces pain — along with deep tissue massage, cupping, and simple strengthening exercises that fit your lifestyle.

While I work with a variety of clients, I’m especially passionate about supporting moms through pregnancy and postpartum. The body goes through so many changes, and I’m here to help it adapt and recover. Whether it’s back pain, tight hips, core weakness, or simply feeling off, I tailor each session to your unique needs.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) offers gentle, pain-free support for moms during pregnancy and postpartum. As your body changes, FST helps release tension, ease back and hip discomfort, and create space so you can move with more comfort.

After birth, it supports recovery by restoring balance, improving mobility, and nurturing core and pelvic stability.

Each session is customized to your stage, giving you a safe, restorative way to feel more aligned, relaxed, and cared for.
