Hi, I’m Jen Michelin, a mom of two and a certified CPR and First Aid instructor with the Quebec Heart and Stroke Foundation for over 20 years. I offer hands-on workshops in the comfort of your home, covering infant, child, and adult CPR, choking manoeuvres, EpiPen use, and key First Aid topics such as emergency scene management, concussions, bleeding, and injuries.

My goal is to help people feel confident and ready to act quickly, calmly, and effectively in an emergency. Each workshop is engaging, practical, and designed to give you the skills you need when it matters most.
