My journey began not as a dream but as a necessity — as a teenager, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that led me to explore holistic approaches to healing. What started as a personal mission grew into a deep passion for food as medicine and the power of intentional nourishment.

While I once dreamed of becoming an OB-GYN, my path still led me to the heart of women’s health and healing. Over the years, I’ve earned multiple certifications, but what I truly offer is one of the greatest acts of love: food.
