Prenatal Depression

Can be described as having feelings of sadness, hopelessness, feeling worthless and overwhelmed during your pregnancy. If you have a history of depression or anxiety, you may be more inclined to experience prenatal depression. If you have ADHD, you may also be at an increased risk. 

Symptoms of Prenatal depression include:

  • Feelings of sadness

  • Feelings of guilt or shame

  • Loss of interest in activities

  • Frequent crying
